1. Returns Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Exclusions:
- Perishable goods (e.g., plants, fertilizers).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Prepaid Return Label: A return label is included in your package. Simply:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Attach the provided return label.
- Drop off at a designated carrier location (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD).

3. Refund Process
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Deductions:
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).
- We may deduct fees if the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives defective or incorrect, email us immediately at info@bebuy.co.uk with:
- Order number.
- Photos/video of the issue.
- We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened gardening chemicals (e.g., pesticides).
- Used gloves or protective gear.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item:
- Return the original purchase using the prepaid label.
- Place a new order on our website.
7. European Returns (If Applicable)
For EU customers (if/when we expand):
- You bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds may take additional 3–5 days for international transactions.
