The Omica Gas pizza oven will provide you with reliable & repeatable results every time. Cooking a pizza outdoors can get frustrating when using wood. The Omica is powered by bottled propane gas. Because it uses gas it achieves & maintains a consistently very high temperature. You & your guests will enjoy a perfectly cooked, crispy bottomed pizzas time after time. At over 500℃ your pizza will cook rapidly, typically in under two minutes.
The Omica has a portable dome shaped design with foldable legs to reduce storage space.

A good 12″ pizza peel to get your pizza in and out of the oven easily is an almost essential tool. You will need to take out the pizza and turn it as the oven is hotter at the back, so one edge will cook faster than the other. The unique U shaped burner used in the pizza oven reduces the amount of turning required.
