The Omica is powered by bottled propane gas. Because it uses gas it achieves & maintains a consistently very high temperature. You & your guests will enjoy a perfectly cooked, crispy bottomed pizzas time after time. At over 500℃ your pizza will cook rapidly, typically in under two minutes.
The Omica has a portable dome shaped design with foldable legs to reduce storage space.
When designing our pizza oven, our top priority was to have a consistent heat source that would reach the high temperatures required. Our U shaped gas burner has been set precisely within the oven cavity to provide perfect results every cook.

A good 12″ pizza peel to get your pizza in and out of the oven easily is an almost essential tool. You will need to take out the pizza and turn it as the oven is hotter at the back, so one edge will cook faster than the other. The unique U shaped burner used in the pizza oven reduces the amount of turning required.
