The Omica Gas pizza oven will provide you with reliable & repeatable results every time. Cooking a pizza outdoors can get frustrating when using wood. A good 12″ pizza peel to get your pizza in and out of the oven easily is an almost essential tool. You will need to take out the pizza and turn it as the oven is hotter at the back, so one edge will cook faster than the other. The unique U shaped burner used in the pizza oven reduces the amount of turning required.
